What formats are the courses available in?

Every course comes in two formats: self-paced video modules you watch on your own schedule with lifetime access, or live online classes taught in real time with our team.

When do live classes start?

Live classes run on a rolling basis, so there's no fixed start date to wait for — you can enroll and begin whenever you're ready.

What timezone are live classes held in?

All live online classes run on Atlantic Standard Time (AST).

How do I pay for a course?

We accept bank transfer and bank deposit. Payment details are shown on the enrollment form. Once you've paid, email a screenshot of your receipt to raingateacademy@gmail.com or send it to us on WhatsApp, so we can confirm and activate your enrollment.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your first class or module. And if you complete the course in full and still aren't able to build your website or deploy your AI agent, we'll continue working with you at no additional cost until you can.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes — every course, in either format, includes a Certificate of Completion once you finish.
